Help for Eating Disorders

Help for eating disorders is available and a full recovery from an illness of this nature is highly possible. There are various therapies such as psychotherapy, family therapy and group therapy, as well as specialist eating disorder treatment centres and support groups.

If someone has an eating disorder it can be a difficult thing for them to face or even acknowledge, but if you, or someone you know has an eating disorder, don't delay seeking help. The chances of recovery are far greater if help for an eating disorder is sought early on.
